Pre-processing & Microbiological Treatment Produce undergoes cleaning via high-pressure systems to thoroughly remove soil and impurities. We apply standardized treatment methods to prevent bacteria, yeast, and mold, ensuring the highest level of food safety.

Advanced Processing Technology We utilize state-of-the-art technologies, including Freeze-Drying and Individual Quick Freezing (IQF). Technical parameters—such as temperature, pressure, and duration—are strictly monitored to preserve the original nutrients, flavor, and texture.

Quality Testing & Laboratory Analysis Random sampling is conducted to verify moisture content, crispness, and microbiological indicators. We ensure that every batch strictly adheres to international food safety standards before moving to the packaging stage.
